Fletcher Law was founded by Charles Fletcher, who trained and worked as a lawyer in Dunedin for 2 years before settling in Hamilton in 1978. From a Waikato farming family, Charles has been in business as a lawyer since 1980 and has an active involvement with farming and property investment.
The firm’s specialisation is based on:
Fletcher Law has clients all over New Zealand and worldwide. These clients include the elderly, baby boomers and their children, ordinary people to multi-millionaires. Many are farmers, property investors (& developers) and business people.
Fletcher Law “has a substantial client base ... due to the professionalism and unequivocal business manner this firm possesses. Matters are completed thoroughly, subsequently, serving their client needs. Many Fletcher Law clients are from word of mouth, and for that reason, it is essential that every business matter be conducted in the same high standards....I had difficulties trying to establish an area of which I thought the firm could improve on.”
Michelle Clarke, Executive Insight 2003 Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand
The firms Director, Charles Fletcher, refers to some of his clients as ‘dynasty families’ and the firm has pride in representing 3 and 4 generations of these families.
